The best part of eating plant-based food may be the flavors that will thrill your taste buds.  We will introduce you to delicious and healthy meals, snacks, and desserts that contain a wide variety of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, seeds, and spices.  There are many plant-based food substitutes for meat, dairy and eggs so that you will not miss your past unhealthy favorite foods.  Our Long Island plant-based diet and nutrition experts will be readily available to assist you with your transition to a healthy vegan diet.

The first step to achieve a state of optimal health is to transition to a primarily organic plant-based diet.

Organic food is grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and ionizing radiation.
